We are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:
– Items purchased at a discount are not eligible for exchange or return.
– Exchanges for size issues are available for the same product. Reverse pickup is available for most locations in India. If reverse pickup is not available, customers must ship the item back to us.
– Plus-size garments (3XL and above) and items purchased during offers are not eligible for exchange.
– Customized clothes are not eligible for exchange. Please be careful when ordering customized pieces.
– For international orders, customers are responsible for round-trip shipping charges for exchanges.
– Our sizes have an extra 2-3 inches margin for self-alterations if needed. We suggest opting for self-alteration for minor size issues to avoid waiting.
– All size exchanges are subject to a charge of ₹220.
– International exchange charges are borne by the customer.
– Exchange requests must be initiated within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.
– Items on discount are not eligible for refund or return.
– We only provide one size exchange per product. Repeated size exchanges are not allowed.
– Exchange processes can take 15-20 days depending on the location. Exchanges will not be shipped until the returned item is received and inspected.
– Sold-out products are not eligible for exchange, refund, or return.
– Exchange Process:
– Email care@marurang.co with the subject “Exchange with Order ID.”
– We will respond within 24-48 hours and arrange for reverse pickup.
– Exchange Verification:
– Once we receive the returned product, we will notify you. The exchanged product will be shipped only after verifying the returned item.
– We reserve the right to approve or reject exchanges for reasons other than size issues.
– Exchanges for size issues will not be allowed if the returned product is damaged.
